The Oranmore Maree Coastal Search Unit (OMCSU) is a volunteer organization dedicated to ensuring the safety of our community. To maintain our operations, we rely entirely on public funding to cover essential expenses, including:
- Governance and insurance costs
- Safety equipment
- Catering during searches
- Boat unit operating costs
- Drone unit operating costs
- Vehicle operation and maintenance
Without the generous support of our donors, we would be unable to continue our vital work.
We are deeply grateful to our community for their ongoing support.

Swimming With Purpose: Atlantic Masters Members Raise €9,367.50
Through three major member-led challenges, Atlantic Masters swimmers Oonagh Morrissy, Valerie Kelly and Matt McGarrigle raised €11,900 in total — with €9,367.50 allocated directly to the Oranmore Maree Coastal Search Unit.
