A brilliant day at Clarinbridge Market Day 2026 👏🚑
A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by the OMCSU stand on Saturday to say hello, have a look at our equipment and chat with us about what we do and how we do it.
This year marked the 34th annual Clarinbridge Market Day, with the Village Green once again packed with traditional music and dancing, local food and craft stalls, oyster tasting, family activities, heritage demonstrations, vintage tractors, cars and boats, and plenty more. The event continues a local market tradition with roots going back more than 200 years, while also raising funds for local community organisations and charities.
For us, days like this are a great opportunity to meet people outside of an emergency setting, explain the equipment and systems we work with, and give the public a closer look at the preparation, training and teamwork that goes on behind the scenes.
We really appreciated the interest, questions and conversations throughout the day.
A big well done to the Clarinbridge Market Day Committee, volunteers, exhibitors and everyone involved in putting together another fantastic community event.
